Can get to msn, but unable to get to hotmail
Hi,
I have hotmail account and using it for last few years. I can get into my hotmail account from msn homepage. When I try use hotmail I just get a blank page and cannot refresh that page. Can someone help?

Any help will be appreciated.

It may be a virus infection. Update your antivirus and run system scan. Delete all the infected files and try to avoid browsing harmful sites. Also run anti-malware and anti-spyware application programs.

Your internet explorer may be corrupt. Uninstall internet explorer turn off your computer. Reinstall internet explorer or upgrade to latest version of internet explorer. Also download and install all the latest IE patches from the Microsoft web site.

Clear your IE cache and cookies and all the temporary folders. Check your IE Security settings. Have a look at following thread: Unable to login to Gmail or Hotmail. Also try following:
Click Start
Then click Run
Type following: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Press Enter
