Solid Mobile Phone: Cannot access norton website

Cannot access norton website
I think my PC is infected with virus or something, i can access all other sites but i can't access the Norton website anymore, and i have installed the Norton Endpoint security. I scanned the entire system but nothing found, any suggestion how do i face this situation?

OK, Which Web Browser are you using? Did you get any error messages? I used Firefox V 3 and It did get me to the site without any isuue. So re-check the URL http://www.symantec.com

I would try to turn off the Norton's firewall and see if that helps.

BTW are you looking for Live Update or simply browsing the symantec site?

Which URL are you using? http://www.symantec.com/norton/index.jsp . I would advise you to Update your Virus Definitions and Run a Full System Scan. or Uninstall the norton and try some another antivirus,

Just ran LiveUpdate and now can get to Symantec site ? If this does not work, Click: Start > Run... and type in luall > OK. If this does not work, from another computer, Access http://www.symantec.com/business/sec...efinitions.jsp and Click on Download Virus Definitions (Intelligent Updater Only); thenselect your Product and Click Download Updates. Try disabling your firewall and see if it makes a difference.
