Re: Fix "Cannot display webpage"
There are many reasons that may cause to occur error messages like - “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” or “Server Not Found”. The most common cause will be network connectivity issue, such as disconnection, DNS resolving problem, or remote web server issue, which may be temporarily down.

I would suggest you to try the following registry trick :
Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters

In the right pane, locate and right click EnablePMTUDiscovery registry value and then select Modify.

In the value data text field, enter 1 as its new value, then click OK.

Exit registry editor and restart computer.

I think changing dns servers in network connections might help you to fix your problem

First go to Start, select Control Panel and then Network Connections. Find your internet connection in “LAN or High-Speed Internet”. Right click on connection and select Properties. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (tcp/ipv4) and press Properties button. On this screen change the DNS servers by using any one of the dns server settings.

Check whether other internet programs like MSN Messenger , Skype , Firefox are working fine ? If they are working fine without any problem then, the problem exists in your web-browser - IE .
Also state which IE version are you using or any error message you are getting..!!!

Try running Internet Explorer with Add-ons disabled and check...

For Windows Vista users ::
Navigate through - Control Panel >> Network and Sharing Center >> Manage Network Connections.
This step opens a network connection window.
Right click on the network connection that you use and click Properties
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (tcp/ipv4) and press Properties. On this screen, it allows you to modify the DNS servers by using DNS server settings.
