Solid Mobile Phone: GPRS KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

GPRS KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Actually I'm new in GPRS field and I want to know the main GPRS KPI (statistical) which we can depend on to decide whether the GPRS service is good or bad. Also I will be very appreciated if I can get a few descriptions for each measurement in simple word.

There are 2 main categories of GPRS KPI.
CORE Network GPRS
1. SM KPI
-GPRS attach/Dettach(Subscriber attaching and deattaching rate in the network)
-GPRS routing area updates(sama LA in GSM network this between SGSNs)
2. MM KPI
-GPRS Session Management Report(PDP activation and deactivation)
-GPRS Packet processing(Packets sent/recieved/drops on GGSN)
3. GPRS Interfaces performance
GTP Interface reports UL/DL(Between GSNs)
GB Interface reports UL/DL(BSCs>SGSN)
GI Interface reports UL/DL (GGSN>PDN)
