How does Steam recognize we own the Superbox for X3: Albion Prelude
Hello Friends…I would like to know some information about the Steam. Can anyone help me that how does the Steam is able to find that we have own the Superbox For the X3: Albion Prelude? Is it possible to download it from the Steam? And I have heard that if we own the Superbox then we get the X3: Albion Prelude for free. Is this possible? As I am going to buy the Superbox, can anyone please suggest me about the same? Thank You…

Let me tell you something. I was also having the same problem. I will tell you how you would know that you have owned the Superbox. You have to just check your Steam account page. Check whether that there is the X Superbox shown on the License and Subscriptions of the Steam account.

You can follow the procedure by purchasing the X Superbox on the Steam. You will be charged for this. You can also register your retail key to the Steam and buy the X Superbox through the Steam.
You can be able to see the game in your list when you have registered it by some other method and wait till the release date of the new game that would be listed on your account.

Really appreciated by your answer... I was not knowing that we could register the key on the Steam and purchase the Superbox. I will register it today only and check. Also the great regards from my side to the Egosoft to show such support.

Yes you will get the X3: Albion Prelude free in your account when you register through the steam for the Superbox. The game will come into your account once you are registered through the correct code..I think ,this will help you.
