Gold are not supposed to be so hard to approach through, really. I haven't aggressively been trying to compose it and I've got almost 7000, and I'm simply approximately 15-20 hours within. Don't hoard your loot, if you are able to help it. Some enchanted items sell in favor of a superior price. At what time or how to dungeons respwan? as soon as I kill the whole thing in a dungeon the icon on the map will say that it is clean.

i would not even worry about this at all... i have a fully furnished house in whiterun and have gone through multiple horses and have full dradra armor and still have around 28000 gold. im currently around lvl 34 and i might try traveling to other major cities to see about purchasing more houses, but seriously dont worry about gold, there is an abundance in this game.
