How to beat wizards as warrior in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Currently I am on the level 24 after 2h of heavy armor wearing warrior. I am really struggling next to wizards on the adept difficulty. I just had to fight a master necromancer and it took me about 20 attempts to kill him using potions including health buffs, frost resistance, regent buffs, etc. I actually had to lower the complexity to finally kill him. My attacks didn’t even hit him that hard. Is there something, I am doing wrong. I would be really happy if someone of you can give me some reply on this topic.

You can enchant two pieces of armor otherwise jewellery through magic resist and you will get around 50%, so 75% if you are Breton.

You can try circling around them as you are attacking so as to get around their magic shield. But in my mind all shields should give everyone (player and NPC) partial protection from elemental type attacks (fire, cold and shock). That should not be a "perk." Actually many of the normal RL shield advantages are perks in this game and not be (like blocking arrows) . But then I guess I just do not like the perk system, I prefer everyone be able to do everything and then make it less or more effective based on skills and attributes and fatigue levels.

My Legendary Daedric armor can tank approximately every mage attack thrown at me. Smithing is huge. I'm only level 23, and I can tank blood dragons no problem.

The Block perk which blocks 50% of Elemental Damage gets me to the wizard. Once I have closed the distance I shield bash them to stun them and try to keep them that way while I stab them until they die. That all assumes I can't find a good position to pick them off with arrows from.

Atronach birthsign is probably the single most effective thing you can do, if you need the location then just google it. Enchanting is also useful, and very doable for a warrior. Just get Azura's star and enchant your sword with soul trap (I found a soul trap sword in random loot for disenchanting). Many of your shouts will disrupt spell casting and stagger them. I use firebreath to disrupt their first spell and stagger them, then sprint towards EM and chop their heads off with a few power attacks. The goal is to kill them as quickly as possible, because they can deal so much damage to you.

I play on Master Difficulty now that I'm lvl 32, but I started at adept for the first 15 levels. These strategies work on the hardest setting and I don't even have my end-game gear yet.

Huge numbers of your yells will disturb spell throwing and stagger them. I utilize firebreath to upset their first spell and stagger them, then sprint towards EM and hack their takes off with a few capacity strike. The objective is to murder them as rapidly would be prudent, being as how they can bargain so far harm to you.
