Problem to load explorer since I cant open it.
Hi,

Problem to load explorer since I cant open it.
I don't know what went wrong? There is no different activity than the regular ones. But the problem is that when Itry to open Explorer I get an error message & get back to the desktop.
I have Norton installed.

Hey dude its a virus that have infected your system.
I must say you have less hope. Only think you should do is to connect your Hdd to a working Machine as a Slave & then scan your machine & take backup of your important data carefully.

Scan with latest & updated antivirus program before taking backup.

After that you will need to format the partition & install your Operating System all over again.

This problem is when you boot your computer everything goes fine till the desktop. You see icons too but its goes & comes again & the processes wont let you do anything.
Its due to corrupt EXPLORER.EXE file. It happens due to Trojan attack when you download or share documents through flash drives.
To solve this problem -

1. USE Ctrl+Alt+Del key for task bar.
2. use cmd run to access windows folder.
3. Now create a copy of the explorer.exe & rename it to 'abc.exe'
4. Go to Start - Run regidit - press enter key
5. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon
6. In "shell" double click & rename explorer.exe to abc.exe
Now restart the computer.
