Question about Legend of Grimrock Steam pre-order
Hello friends, I have pre-ordered the game from Almost Human and I got game on proper time, even I have received steam key and standalone installer also with it. Really wanted to play it through steam but I am not able to play it as the steam key which I have got is only allowing to access to Legends of Grimrock Pre-Order which is not at all playable game and if I visit to store page of this game then it telling me to purchase it. So can anyone help me out with it, does anyone know what is problem and what should to be do make it work. Thank you.

It is same thing with me, I am thinking to report to Steam about pre-order key issues. If you are trying to use Humble Store's Legend of Grimrock Steam key then you will be getting error message which will stated that Steam - Game locked and also it will be stating that Legend of Grimrock Pre-order is not been officially released till now, and it cannot be unlocked at this time. Please check the Steam news to find out the release time. Steam will notify you when the game becomes unlocked. If you go to Legend of Grimrock page then it is not able to recognize that you have purchased this game or not. It appears to me that Steam is not properly recognizing the pre-order.

Same thing has happened to me. I purchased Legend of Grimrock from official site on April 5th and following accepting the Steam key I felt free to initiate that key on Steam. Now that the game has released the Legend of Grimrock Pre-order has not changed over into the full game so I'm unable to download it. Upon visiting the Legend of Grimrock Steam application page I'm not official hailed as having the game possessed. I've attempted restarting Steam to see if that settled the issue but it didn't. I trust a fix happens soon. In the interim I'll attempt restarting Steam a few more times.

This entire thing with steam has soured me remarkably. I comprehend that I am able to download a standalone version of the game be that as it may that is not was I was promised or what I paid for. I was sold something that was supposed to be playable on steam an hour in the past. Whoever blames it is it true that it is certainly not mine, so why am I heading off to pay for this mess thing? I will be searching for a discount for this game. What I paid for is not what I was given and where I exist that is illegal. In the game that individuals can’t pitch a unit the right method I will send it back.

It appears Steam is having some issues with the pre-orders. The developer is attempting to contact them and will try to resolve the issue. In the mean time depending on if you pre-ordered through us you are able to download the standalone version of the game through the Humble Bundle page. The link which is there in the email you worked toward getting when you preordered the game. Save games are transferable between Steam and standalone versions so you don't lose progress in the game when you switch from the standalone to Steam version.

Steam is constantly similar to this; I've learnt to bring pre-release times with a squeeze of salt it makes existence that small less stressful. To the chap desiring a discount, go ahead, you're talking minutes here; you are able to play the game from the straight download assuming that it’s that significant. No one does this stuff to purposely to irritate their clients and I need to issue what amount of you need the game if a minor postpone that has a work around is sufficient to turn you off. Chill man, we'll get to play soon enough. So it’s our fault that a few associations that sell a product, can’t figure out how to advertise it on chance to the folks that pre-requested it in backing of the developers? Frankly assuming that you can’t devise a promised product to get your clients there promised product and can’t figure out how to get your distributers to do their work. Then honestly no I don't have a craving for supporting the group to any company. Independent or not, when I Purchase something with cash I look for to get the Item. When I don't get the unit I make a request for a profit. You anticipate me to purchase something then afterward not get it? Amazing consistency and it is sarcasm off.
