Will a US imported copy of Silent Hill: Downpour work with UK PS3?
Hello friends, I am really a huge fan of Silent Hill, but I was think that the imported copy of downpour from Amazon US will work on PS3 which is been purchased from Irish? Well I was planning to play it, can anyone help me out with this. Thank you.

I believe that it will be work on any of the PS3, whereas I know that PS3 is not region locked. So it will surely work on it, you can play the game. There is no need to worry about it.

Well it is really nice and getting excited for me. Whereas I am thinking to order the game from Amazon US, but I am not 100% sure and also at present konami could let us know for sure, well the release date for UK is 29th of this month and I have done import id be getting a good two weeks earlier.

Whereas I have played the Korean and EU games on the North American PS3, so those games are working then I believes that it will also work for you. What I know that PS 3 should be region free for games, well I have also imported US version of Homecoming to play it on PAL PS3 when Homecoming was first released and was not having problem with it.

According to the facebook konami team the date is now 29th. So that’s kind of why I’m thinking of taking the plunge and ordering US version should get it a good week or 2 early if I preorder with Amazon today how long do you reckon it would take after release date to be delivered?
