MPEG files no response in IE
Hello,
Recently, I cannot browse MPEG files. Instead, when you click on a video file in the browser an error page with "The site can not be displayed.." This should happen at each site with videos, and if you have a video with "Save Target As" to save, it goes smoothly. Thereafter, the file is normally open.
However, it is no longer written as possible that the MPG file directly in the Media Player opens. How come the most?
I had recently installed RealPlayer (now uninstalled again). Besides, I had the Xvid codec installed (uninstall also brought nix).
If someone knows?

Hi,
Solution: Open Windows Control Panel, then the Button standard programs to choose. Configure, the Windows Media Player so that it automatically opens when your videos directly from IE want to start.
Attends particularly the points:
"Standard programs set", here under the Media Player and select
"Log file or a program to assign", here you can, open various video formats to assign Media Player
