Solid Mobile Phone: No video in X3.Albion.Prelude after starting the game

No video in X3.Albion.Prelude after starting the game
I have bought this game recently and I when I am running the game then I am able to get the video, I mean that in the start I am getting the next loading screen and after that everything turns black and I am not able to see anything else but then I am able to hear the sound. After some second the game cashes. Is there anyone who has faced the same and has an idea about it and can help me out as well? Any help regarding the same will be appreciated.

Are you aware of the System requirement :

* OS: Windows XP (SP-2), Vista SP1
* Processor: Pentium IV or AMD equivalent at 2.0 GHz
* Memory: 1 GB RAM
* Graphics: 256 MB DirectX 9 Compatible (not on board)
* Hard Drive: 10GB of free space
* Sound: Sound card (Surround Sound support recommended)

I am having the following:

* Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255)
* Hard disk-1 tb
* Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
* Memory: 4096MB RAM
* DirectX Version: DirectX 11

I think that you should install the following:

* Windows 7 Service Pack 1
* Updated graphic drivers.
* Respected sound drivers as per your on-board sound hardware

Yes even I was going to suggest you the same:

* Install Win7 Service Pack 1
* Update to Catalyst 11.11 and you can refer the AMD site for the same.
* Disable the sound driver that is not in use.
* Also Disable FFdshow codecs with X3TC.exe and uninstall the Haali codecs if you have.

Just try out the same and then let me know that you are able to play the game or not.

Hey guys I have solved out my problem by getting the latest graphic drivers of the ATI. I just installed them and then rebooted the machine and then the game started working well without any problem. Thanks to you all for your help, I really appreciate them.
