Under construction google !
Hello, since yesterday, when I type it google.ca I see it but when I type the IP address of google canada, it brings me to google.com / en. But IE does not. It annoys me immensely because this is my home page. Does anyone could tell me where it might come? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The screen that you gave in screenshot, does not seem very "Catholic" ... In the sense that it looks more like a message displayed by the browser. Except that the browser displays ever "Under Construction". So I tend to think of a spyware / virus.
A DNS problem at your Internet Service Provider, the only solution is to wait

I think the answer is second option which is true because this kind of pages are displayed by the supplier
