Re: What is Bandwidth Protection?
Protection of bandwidth is enabled by default and lets you prevent your website consume all the bandwidth allowed each month before the end. For example, if a website consume its 20 gigs. bandwidth allowed during the first week of the month, the site would not be available the rest of the month unless you buy additional bandwidth. You have different protections: Aggressive = measurement each time. (28.4453125 MB / hour) Moderate = Measurement by Day (682.6875 MB / day) Light = weekly measurements. (4.66680908203125 GB / week) No Protection = monthly measurements. (20.0006103515625 MB / month) To remove the protection bandwidth for a site, follow these steps: Click on Websites. Click the pencil icon for the website you want to change. Under "Additional Options" you can soleccionar the type of protection for the bandwidth of the site. To see how much bandwidth your site has been used and the current level of use (level), please visit: http://www.example.com/current-bandwidth. (Remember to replace your site example).
